At least 15 passengers were injured when a public utility bus lost control and overturned along a sharp curve on the national highway in Bilar town, Bohol, on Tuesday morning. The incident occurred around 8:40 a.m., disrupting travel and causing alarm among commuters.
The Southern Star bus, bearing plate number JVL 125 and body number 12076, was traveling from Carmen town heading to Tagbilaran City when the accident took place. According to local authorities, the driver struggled to maintain control on the curved section of the highway, resulting in the vehicle flipping onto its side.

Emergency responders from the Bilar Rescue Unit quickly arrived at the scene. Driver Surrenders Amid Investigation
