2025 Bar Examinees Exempted from Number Coding
All 2025 Bar examinees will be exempted from the number coding scheme on September 10, officials reported. This exemption aims to facilitate smooth travel for examinees heading to their local testing centers without being hindered by traffic regulations.
The Supreme Court is set to issue a special number coding exemption for examinees traveling to and from local testing centers (LTCs) located in Manila, Taguig, Quezon City, and Muntinlupa, community members said.
Designated Local Testing Centers
The following LTCs will benefit from the exemption to ensure examinees can reach their venues conveniently:
- University of Santo Tomas
- San Beda University – Mendiola
- New Era University
- Manila Adventist College
- San Beda College – Alabang
- University of the Philippines – BGC
- Ateneo de Manila University School of Law
Important Guidelines for Exemption
The Metropolitan Manila Development Authority (MMDA) advised that the exemption sticker must be visibly displayed in the middle of the vehicle’s rear windshield. Officials emphasized that failure to properly display the exemption will render it invalid.
Local leaders noted that this measure is designed to ensure examinees arrive at their testing centers without unnecessary delays or traffic interruptions.
Exam Schedule and Final Reminders
The 2025 Bar examinations are scheduled for September 7, 10, and 14. Authorities urge examinees to prepare accordingly and take advantage of the exemption on September 10 to avoid traffic disruptions.
