As the Eleksyon 2025 campaign period comes to a close, President Ferdinand “Bongbong” Marcos Jr. urged voters to support the Alyansa Para Sa Bagong Pilipinas candidates. He emphasized that these candidates would focus on bringing solutions rather than causing conflicts.
“Dito lang po makikita ang Alyansa na hindi nanggugulo,” Marcos declared during the meeting de avance held in Mandaluyong City.
Promises of Solutions from Alyansa Candidates
Marcos assured that if granted Senate seats, the administration-backed candidates are prepared to tackle the country’s pressing issues head-on. He expressed confidence that they would offer real answers to the problems Filipinos face daily.
Among those who attended the event were notable personalities such as Panfilo “Ping” Lacson, Pia Cayetano, Lito Lapid, Manny Pacquiao, Vicente Sotto III, Francis Tolentino, Erwin Tulfo, Benhur Abalos, Abby Binay, and Ramon “Bong” Revilla Jr.
Campaign Highlights and Notable Absences
Notably absent was Camille Villar, whose camp did not release any statement. Interestingly, a large Villar rally took place simultaneously with the Alyansa meeting de avance.
