Heavy Rainfall Forecast and Safety Advisory
According to a recent heavy rainfall outlook issued by meteorological authorities, several provinces are expected to receive significant rainfall between Thursday and Friday afternoon. Areas such as Ilocos Norte, Pangasinan, Zambales, and Bataan could see rainfall amounts ranging from 100 to 200 millimeters.
