MANILA, Philippines — The Civil Aviation Authority of the Philippines (Caap) recently conducted the Comprehensive Air Traffic Service qualifying exam, drawing approximately 300 aspiring aviation professionals. This critical test took place simultaneously at Caap’s central office and various regional centers, including Isabela, Clark, Jolo, Occidental Mindoro, Davao, Bohol-Panglao, Tacloban, Pagadian, Laguindingan, and Coron.
