Scattered and Isolated Showers Expected
According to sources, scattered rains and thunderstorms are forecasted over Mindanao, Palawan, Eastern Samar, and Northern Samar. Meanwhile, the Bicol Region along with the rest of Mimaropa and Visayas will likely experience isolated rains and thunderstorms, community members said.
Localized Thunderstorms Affect Metro Manila and Luzon
Local leaders noted that Metro Manila and the rest of Luzon will also see isolated rains due to localized thunderstorms. These weather disturbances are attributed to the easterly winds influencing the region’s climate patterns.

Furthermore, moderate flood warnings have been issued for the Cordillera Administrative Region, Eastern Visayas, and the Zamboanga Peninsula, officials reported. Residents in these areas are advised to stay alert and monitor updates as conditions may worsen.
