Fire Razes Five Houses in Quezon Province
LUCENA CITY — A devastating fire of unknown origin swept through Barangay Tongohin in Infanta town, Quezon province, on Tuesday, June 24, destroying five houses. Local authorities reported that the fire broke out around 3:30 p.m., igniting at the home of Marno Villaflor.
The blaze quickly spread to four neighboring houses, all constructed with light, flammable materials, making containment difficult. Firefighters worked tirelessly for two hours before finally bringing the fire under control.
