First batch of election returns expected by 7:30 p.m.
The first batch of election returns for the 2025 Philippine elections may be transmitted by 7:30 p.m., the Parish Pastoral Council for Responsible Voting (PPCRV) announced on Monday. This early reporting aims to give voters a quicker glimpse of the election outcomes.
PPCRV spokesperson Ana Singson shared during a press briefing, “We’re anticipating we will get the first results coming in between 7:30 to 7:50 p.m., and then in a few hours, siguro, baka (maybe) we will know some of the winners in the local elections.” She expressed optimism that the process would be more efficient this year.
