A new big screen adventure awaits kids and the young at heart with Gabby’s Dollhouse The Movie. This film adaptation of the popular animated series is set to premiere in local theaters on September 24.
Road Trip and a Lost Dollhouse
In this first-ever cinematic journey, Gabby, played by Laila Lockhart Kraner, embarks on a road trip with her grandmother, Grandma Gigi, voiced by Grammy-winning music icon Gloria Estefan. Their destination? The colorful and unique city of Cat Francisco.
However, the adventure turns challenging when Gabby’s beloved dollhouse goes missing. Even more troubling is that it falls into the hands of Vera—an eccentric cat lady portrayed by Academy Award nominee Kristen Wiig. To save it, Gabby must reunite her cat friends, including Pandy Paws, Cakey, and DJ Catnip.
Together, they dive into a real-world quest to rescue the dollhouse before it’s lost forever.
