Pagasa emphasized that these rains may persist until Sunday noon, urging residents to stay alert and take necessary precautions. “Forecast rainfall may be higher in mountainous and elevated areas,” officials reported, warning that some locations could face intensified impacts due to recent heavy rainfall.
