Ticket Redemption Made Simple for Members

To accommodate the excitement, over 50 Puregold branches nationwide will open early on May 30 to welcome shoppers who want to join the largest gathering of Filipino musical talents. Puregold offers a straightforward way for Aling Puring and Perks cardholders to get free tickets for the event.

Here’s how it works: members need to make a single purchase of groceries that matches the ticket type they want. Ticket categories and their corresponding minimum purchase amounts include VIP Standing with Sound Check (PHP 7,500), Premium Patron (PHP 6,000), Regular Patron (PHP 5,000), Lower Box Premium (PHP 4,500), Lower Box Regular (PHP 3,500), Upper Box (PHP 2,500), and General Admission (PHP 1,500).

Steps to Secure Your Tickets

First, upon entering a Puregold branch, get a queue number for your preferred ticket category. Then, shop for groceries worth at least the ticket’s required amount. For Patron Regular/Premium and Lower Box Regular/Premium tickets, receipts from P-wallet cash-in transactions are accepted.

Next, present your Aling Puring or Perks card, queue number, and receipt at the Enlistment and Confirmation booth. Your transaction number will be logged here, which you must keep as it serves as the exclusive code for redeeming your ticket online.

Members can redeem their tickets on the Ticketnet Online website from June 9 to June 22, 2025. Only those whose names appear on the Aling Puring or Perks cards may claim tickets, so it’s important to create a Ticketnet account ahead of time.

Important Guidelines for Ticket Claims

Each member may claim only one ticket per transaction. However, a maximum of two tickets can be claimed for Patron Regular or Premium categories, while up to four tickets are allowed for Lower Box Premium/Regular, Upper Box, and General Admission categories per member. If a member completes more than two qualifying transactions, only the two with the highest purchase amounts will be honored.

Adult ticket holders buying for minors should note that accompanying minors on the concert day is mandatory. Additionally, a waiver must be signed upon entry to the Philippine Arena. The minimum age for the VIP soundcheck area is 10 years, while younger children, starting at 4 years old, are allowed in other seating tiers.
