10th Anniversary Concert “SoliDYfied” and Album Launch
Jason Dy is gearing up to headline his 10th anniversary concert, titled “SoliDYfied: A Decade of Jason Dy,” scheduled for June 27 at the Newport Performing Arts Theater. The event will be directed by actor John Prats and promises a stylish celebration of his career.
Explaining the concert’s title, Jason shared, “Solidified ang title ng concert because I am fortunate that I still get to do what I want to do. Ten years after, nagagawa ko pa rin ito and hindi lahat nabibigyan ng ganitong opportunity na eto pa rin ang ginagawa nila.” He further emphasized the fast turnover of new talents in the Philippine music scene, adding, “Sa Pilipinas marami ang magagaling na singer. And then every year, may bagong champion sa competition. Mabilis ang turnover. This marks my 10 years in the industry and celebrates the fact that I’m still here.”
The anniversary album will be released on the day of the concert and will feature meaningful songs from Jason’s decade-long journey, according to sources familiar with the label’s plans. The collection aims to bring fans down memory lane with the hits they have cherished over the years.
Support from Industry Friends and Collaborators
Jason expressed excitement about the concert’s co-producers, fellow artists KZ Tandingan and Yeng Constantino. “My concert will be co-produced by my friends sila KZ Tandingan and Yeng Constantino. It’s so hard to find friendships in the industry, and I’m grateful may mga totoong kaibigan ako. Sobrang na touch ako when they said they want to co-produce your concert. I love those girls so much,” he shared.
Joining him in the celebration were top executives from the music and entertainment industry, highlighting the significance of this milestone.

Advice for Aspiring Newcomers
Jason encourages young artists to pursue their passion with respect and professionalism. “Love what you do. Kapag hindi mo ito passion, you will not work for it. This is what I really love, and I work hard for it. Importante rin ang how you treat the people in the industry,” he said.
He emphasized the importance of attitude, explaining, “Kahit na sino pa man sila – engineers and the staff, kung masama ang ugali ninyo, people will not work with you. Show respect. Treat the people around you with respect.”
Preparation also plays a key role in his success. Jason shared, “You should always come prepared for anything that you do. Like sa ASAP, kapag binigay na sa akin yung materials, inaaral ko na agad yan so that I come prepared sa show.” He added, “It’s a sign of respect din sa other people ang professionalism. That’s one thing I learned. Looking at their actions, ganun sila kaya they last for a long time.”
