Man Arrested for Object Raping Pregnant Wife in Cainta
A 52-year-old man was arrested for object raping his pregnant wife in Barangay Sto. Domingo, Cainta, Rizal on June 5. The man, identified as Allan, a construction foreman and resident of Barangay San Juan, faced charges stemming from a violent incident that occurred years ago.
According to the Rizal Police Provincial Office, Allan was apprehended by the Cainta Municipal Police Station after more than a decade on the run. Authorities secured a warrant of arrest with a recommended bail of ₱200,000.
Details of the Crime and Arrest
The crime reportedly took place on December 31, 2008. Allan allegedly forced a bottle into his wife’s genital area, causing severe injuries and an infection that endangered her pregnancy. The victim suffered heavy bleeding due to the assault.
Allan evaded arrest for over ten years before law enforcement finally detained him. After his arrest, he refused to speak to the media. Currently, he is held at the Cainta Custodial Facility pending further legal proceedings.
