SIGAY, Ilocos Sur – A tragic accident occurred Sunday night when a 38-year-old man was electrocuted while checking the internet connection at his home in Barangay San Elias. The victim, identified as Conrad S. Ubuan, went outside after a rain shower to inspect his internet wires.
