In Tagbilaran City, Bohol, a tragic incident unfolded early Saturday morning, June 28, when a 42-year-old man was shot dead while holding his two-week-old grandchild. The victim, Rodelito Basilyote Tanio, originally from Toledo City, Cebu, was a resident of Purok 7, Barangay Bool. This heartbreaking case quickly raised concerns across the community.
