March 2025 LET Results Announced
The Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) has officially released the results of the March 2025 Licensure Examination for Teachers (LET), confirming that 55,029 examinees have successfully passed and are now newly licensed educators nationwide. This significant milestone marks the entry of a fresh batch of qualified teachers ready to contribute to the education sector.
The announcement came after 41 working days following the exam held on March 23, which took place across 38 testing centers throughout the country, including key locations such as Metro Manila, Baguio, Cebu, and Davao.
Breakdown of March 2025 LET Results
According to reports from sources familiar with the matter, the passing rate for the elementary level stood at 46.77 percent, with 16,282 out of 34,810 examinees passing the test. Meanwhile, the secondary level saw a higher passing rate of 62.27 percent, as 38,747 out of 62,225 candidates succeeded.
The Board for Professional Teachers, which oversaw the exam, is led by a chairman, vice chairman, and member who ensured the process adhered to regulatory standards.
Top Performers in the March 2025 LET
Among the top scorers in the elementary level were Jamaema Hiluano Mustapha from Mindanao State University (Maigo Sat) and Raeiden Mohammad Pango from Mindanao State University – Iligan Institute of Technology, both achieving an impressive 94.60 percent score.
For the secondary level, Jeanlyn Guinita Colipano from Cebu Technological University – Danao topped the exam with a 93.80 percent passing score.
Examinee Demographics and Exam Details
Further details reveal that among the elementary level passers, 13,819 were first-time takers while 2,463 were repeat examinees. In the secondary level, 32,624 first-time takers and 6,123 repeaters passed the exam.
The examination was conducted nationwide to assess the readiness and competence of aspiring teachers, ensuring that future educators meet the country’s professional standards.
Results Withheld and Registration Process
The PRC also disclosed that results for 57 examinees have been withheld pending final review of their compliance with examination rules and regulations.
Successful examinees are required to personally register for the issuance of their Professional Identification Card (ID) and Certificate of Registration. Registration requires submitting the Notice of Admission, a completed Oath Form or Panunumpa ng Propesyonal, two colored passport-sized photos with white background and name tag, two sets of documentary stamps, and a short brown envelope.
The schedule and venues for the oathtaking ceremonies will be announced in due course, allowing new licensed teachers to formally enter the profession.
