BACOLOD CITY – As the much-anticipated 46th MassKara Festival approaches, authorities have confirmed that a total of 1,819 police officers will be deployed to ensure public safety from October 1 to 19. According to local sources, the Bacolod City Police Office (BCPO) will lead the security efforts with 900 personnel assigned to various key areas throughout the city. Additionally, 300 officers will come from the Police Regional Office-Western Visayas, supplementing the local force.
