The Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration (Pagasa) issued a thunderstorm advisory at 3:30 p.m., highlighting the possibility of lightning and strong winds accompanying the rainfall.

In addition, Tarlac’s Gerona, Victoria, and Pura, along with Quezon’s Infanta, are under similar weather warnings. Community members in these regions are advised to take necessary precautions.
