The 21-year-old suspect, known only by the alias “Hidehiro,” lives in Tondo, Manila. Police officers from the Parañaque City Police Tambo Substation were conducting “Oplan Sita” when they flagged him down around 4:50 a.m. in front of Imperial Plaza along Diosdado Macapagal Boulevard in Barangay Tambo.

Upon being stopped, Hidehiro refused to show his driver’s license and motorcycle documents. He tried to escape on foot, abandoning his motorcycle. When officers inspected the vehicle, they uncovered 40 grams of shabu, neatly packed in 15 aluminum sachets and 10 transparent sachets, valued at approximately P272,000.
Additionally, the police found ecstasy tablets worth around P35,000. The total estimated value of the illegal drugs was P307,000.
