Free Balik Eskwela Package Distribution Starts Next Week
Muntinlupa City Mayor Ruffy Biazon has announced that the city government will start distributing free Balik Eskwela packages for public school students beginning next week. The initiative covers all incoming students from early childhood education up to senior high school. This free Balik Eskwela package aims to support learners as they prepare for the new school year.
The mayor recently met with public school principals and administrative officers to ensure a smooth and timely delivery of the school supplies. He emphasized the city’s goal to complete distribution before classes open on June 16, as set by the Department of Education. “Magsisimula na next week ang distribution sa bawat public school. Sisikapin nating matanggap na ng learners ang Libreng Balik Eskwela package nila bago ang pasukan,” Biazon posted on Facebook.
What’s Inside the Balik Eskwela Packages?
Each package contains essential school supplies such as backpacks, notebooks, pad papers, pens, pencils, pencil cases, and black leather shoes. This marks the third consecutive year that the Biazon administration has provided these free materials to public school students, reinforcing the city’s commitment to education.
Local leaders noted the strong cooperation among the Muntinlupa Schools Division Office, school principals, teachers, staff, parents, and students, which has made the distribution possible. Dr. Violeta Gonzales, head of the Muntinlupa Schools Division Office, was especially thanked for her support.
Ensuring Ready Learners for the School Year
The free Balik Eskwela package program reflects the city’s dedication to helping students start the school year well-equipped. By providing these supplies, the city government hopes to ease the financial burden on families and encourage better learning conditions.
With distribution set to begin soon, students and parents alike are encouraged to stay informed through local school announcements. The city government’s efforts demonstrate a proactive approach to education, ensuring that every learner has what they need for success.
