The Muntinlupa City Council recently passed a resolution to honor a local resident who ranked seventh in the Philippine Nurses Licensure Examination. This exam, conducted by the Board of Nursing under the Professional Regulation Commission, saw 6,935 out of 10,770 candidates successfully passing this May.
