During the raid, officers seized three master cases containing alleged counterfeit Marlboro Gold, Nise, and Luxury cigarette brands. These items are suspected to infringe trademark laws and are valued at around P2 million.
Officials emphasized that this action is part of their ongoing commitment to combat the manufacture and trade of counterfeit goods, particularly tobacco products. Local experts say such operations are crucial to uphold intellectual property rights and protect consumers.
Legal Actions and Intellectual Property Protection

Continuing Efforts Against Illicit Trade
Authorities continue to prioritize operations targeting the illegal tobacco trade, which has significant economic and health implications. The crackdown in Malabon is one among several nationwide efforts to curb counterfeit goods that jeopardize both the market and public safety.
