BACOLOD CITY – A new service provider is set to take over the dialysis center at the Don Salvador Benedicto Memorial District Hospital in La Carlota City, with operations expected to restart within two weeks, local officials confirmed.
The dialysis center temporarily shut last week after the previous provider, Nephroprime Corporation, stopped its services. Governor Eugenio Jose Lacson shared these updates on Monday, July 7.

The provincial government is currently installing a new filtration system at the dialysis center. This upgrade is essential and estimated to take at least two weeks to complete, ensuring safer and more reliable dialysis services for patients.
