Massive P1.5 Billion Shabu Found Floating in Masinloc Seas
Authorities received a significant break after fishermen from Bataan discovered ten sacks containing P1.5 billion worth of shabu floating in the Masinloc seas, Zambales. This startling find, involving 222.655 kilograms of illegal drugs, was turned over to officials promptly, demonstrating the fishermen’s commitment to community safety.
The Philippine Drug Enforcement Agency (PDEA) reported that the drugs were spotted by ten fishermen around 5:30 p.m. last May 29. Upon their return on June 2 at about 4:05 p.m., they immediately handed over the contraband to law enforcement, ensuring no delay in the investigation process.
