President Marcos Appoints New SEC Chairperson Francis Lim
President Marcos has named lawyer Francis Edralin Lim as the new chairperson of the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC). “Today the President has appointed Atty. Francis Edralin Lim as the incoming chairperson of the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC),” Bersamin stated. Lim will succeed Emilio Aquino, whose term ends on June 5, 2025.
