Senate Leader Addresses China Coast Guard Harassment
Recent incidents involving the China Coast Guard (CCG) have once again escalated tensions in the West Philippine Sea. Senate President Pro Tempore Jinggoy Estrada emphasized that Filipinos will not be intimidated by the ongoing confrontations. The senator urged the government to respond decisively by lodging a strong diplomatic protest. “The Philippines must immediately file a firm and unequivocal diplomatic protest against these repeated transgressions,” he stressed.
