F4 Reunion Concert Sparks Excitement Across Asia
The Taiwanese boy band F4 is preparing for a highly anticipated reunion concert in 2026. Sources said the original members have agreed to come together once again to celebrate their 25th debut anniversary. This news has stirred excitement among longtime fans of the iconic group.
The four-member band, known as F4, is reportedly working with a Taiwan-based recording company to organize the comeback. Aside from the concert in Taiwan, the group might also tour other Asian countries, expanding their reach beyond just China and their home country.
F4’s Journey: From Meteor Garden to Asian Phenomenon
F4 first captured hearts in 2001 after starring alongside the late Barbie Hsu in the hit television series Meteor Garden. The group includes Jerry Yan (48), Vic Chou (43), Ken Chu (46), and Vanness Wu (46). Their success extended beyond acting as they released three studio albums: Meteor Rain (2001), Fantasy 4ever (2002), and Waiting for You (2007).
Their memorable songs such as “Can’t Lose You,” “Season of Fireworks,” and “Can’t Help Fallin” became fan favorites across Asia. The band’s charm and talent turned them into a cultural phenomenon.
Past Performances and Name Change
In December 2003, F4 held a concert in the Philippines titled F4 Live! Happy New Year 2004, delighting fans in the region. However, due to copyright issues, they changed their name to JVKV in 2007. This new name uses the initials of the members arranged by age.
Although the band broke up in 2009, each member has pursued successful solo careers in music and acting. Now, their reunion signals a nostalgic yet fresh chapter for fans and the band alike.
