- San Fernando Southbound Exit X01 and X02, third and fourth lanes (one lane at a time)
- San Fernando Southbound Entry E03 and E04, two rightmost lanes (one lane at a time)
August 28 to 29
- San Fernando Southbound Exit X03 and X05, second and fifth lanes (one lane at a time)
- San Fernando Northbound Exit X06 and X07, two rightmost lanes (one lane at a time)
- Mexico Toll Plaza X03, rightmost lane
- Mexico Toll Plaza E02, rightmost lane
August 30 to 31
- Angeles Toll Plaza X02, X04, and X07, second lane and two rightmost lanes (closed one lane at a time)
