Meanwhile, Venus Diane Reces Guerrero of Barangay Ladtingan, Pikit, Cotabato, ranked fifth in the LET–Elementary Level.

These five individuals were once part of the 4Ps monitored children who received monthly educational grants ranging from ₱350 to ₱700, depending on their grade levels. The grants aim to support children’s education, health, and nutrition, thus helping to break the cycle of poverty.
Impact of the Pantawid Pamilyang Pilipino Program
Community leaders said, “Their achievements are clear evidence that the program continues to fulfill its mission of breaking the intergenerational cycle of poverty through education.” They emphasized that the success of these former beneficiaries demonstrates how the 4Ps program empowers youth and transforms lives.
Launched in 2008 and institutionalized in 2019 through Republic Act 11310, the Pantawid Pamilyang Pilipino Program remains a vital government initiative. It provides conditional cash transfers to eligible low-income families, supporting their children’s schooling, health care, and nutritional needs.
This remarkable outcome from the March 2025 LET highlights the program’s role in nurturing the country’s future educators and underscores the importance of sustained investment in education and social welfare.
