Crising was last located about 460 kilometers east of Baler, Aurora, moving northwest at 15 kilometers per hour. It carried maximum sustained winds of up to 55 kph and gusts reaching 70 kph. In Calabarzon, the Polillo Islands are under the watch. Meanwhile, in the Bicol Region, Camarines Norte, the northeastern part of Camarines Sur (including Caramoan, Garchitorena, Lagonoy, San Jose, Presentacion, Tinambac, Siruma, and Goa), and Catanduanes are covered.
