Tropical Cyclone Wind Signal No. 1 Raised in Luzon Areas

Tropical Cyclone Wind Signal No. 1 was raised over more than 21 areas in Luzon following the approach of Tropical Depression Crising. The Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration (Pagasa) reported this development Thursday night.

Local officials and communities are advised to stay vigilant and follow updates closely.

Sources said that Tropical Depression Crising might make landfall over mainland Cagayan or the Babuyan Islands by Friday afternoon or evening. Residents in affected areas are encouraged to take necessary precautions to ensure their safety.
