Tropical Depression Bising Strengthens Near Northern Luzon
MANILA, Philippines – The low-pressure area west of Cagayan has intensified into a tropical depression, now locally named Tropical Depression Bising. This development places two Northern Luzon regions under Tropical Cyclone Signal (TCWS) No. 1, according to local weather authorities.
As of the 5:00 a.m. update, Bising was located approximately 200 kilometers west-northwest of Calayan, Cagayan.
