Community members reported hearing a speeding vehicle around 3 a.m., followed by gunshots shortly thereafter.
The victims were found in a roadside canal at approximately 6:30 a.m. Initial investigations at the scene revealed five empty .45 caliber shell casings, 15 empty transparent sachets, lighters, and personal belongings of the victims. Authorities are examining these items as part of the ongoing investigation.
