- Western Nueva Vizcaya and northern Zambales
Signal No. 1 (winds between 39 and 61 kph expected within 36 hours) includes:
- Batanes, remaining parts of Cagayan and Isabela

Typhoon Emong’s Projected Path and Impact
Officials noted that Emong is expected to gradually accelerate, initially moving eastward then turning northeastward later tonight. The typhoon is forecast to make landfall between late Thursday night and early Friday morning.
Potential landfall locations are projected to be in Pangasinan, La Union, or Ilocos Sur, which may face severe weather conditions and strong winds.
