GUIMBA, Nueva Ecija — Another village chief has fallen victim to a violent gun attack in this province. Barangay chairman Cenon Pineda Jr. of Banitan village was killed, while his son Noel sustained injuries during the shooting by motorcycle-riding assailants on Wednesday afternoon.
