Woman’s Body Found in Dump Truck in Payatas
Authorities discovered a woman’s body among a pile of garbage in a dump truck in Barangay Payatas early Wednesday morning. The incident occurred around 8:15 a.m. at the corner of Saint Beatriz Street and San Lorenzo Street.
The Quezon City Police District (QCPD) swiftly responded, with officers from the Payatas Bagong Silangan Police Station 13 securing the crime scene and launching an investigation. They are currently working to identify the woman and determine the cause of her death.
Investigation Underway to Identify Victim
The police urged the public to assist in their inquiry. “We appeal to the public for any information that may aid in the swift resolution of this case. Anyone with knowledge of the incident is encouraged to report to the nearest police station or contact QCPD directly,” said authorities.
They also assured everyone that “Rest assured, all reports will be handled with utmost confidentiality.” The investigation continues as officials seek leads that could shed light on the circumstances surrounding the woman’s death.
